Applying for the IPSF

1. The IPSF International Headquarters in New York, United States of America administrates the acceptance of all Festival participants.
   
2. All participants, including athletes, teams, coaches, trainers, delegation staff, and program staff, must apply online at www.joinIPSF.org .
   
3. Only applications submitted online are reviewed and have potential to be accepted.
   
4. All athlete applicants must be born within the age bracket.
   
5. More than one team and/or individual representing the same religion and/or country may be accepted for the same event.
   
6. Qualified athletes and teams will be chosen to participate in the IPSF.
   
7. Athletes can only apply for one sporting discipline but may compete in various events within that discipline.
   

General Guidelines

1. Participants, both teams and individuals, are placed in brackets using a balloting system. The number of participants will determine the number of brackets.
   
2. A tournament system is applied to preliminary and advanced rounds determined by sport and number of participants within that sport.
   
3. The first, second and third place finishers will receive gold, silver and bronze medals, respectively.
   
4. Maximum numbers for team sizes are stated in each sport’s information page.
